RESUME in (PDF format)
Currently, I am a freelance Motion Designer and Animator working in
New York City.
I was born in Odessa, Ukraine, and lived, studied and worked in New York City since coming to the United States in 1990. After graduating from School of Visual Arts in 2001, I went on to work in many different fields: print design, web, retouching, 3d animation, illustration and finaly motion graphics. My experience in all those different fields gives me the skills and a deep understanding of the production process in collaboration with others and working on my own.

LINKS
michaelblankart.com: This site features my illustration work. Before, I used to have the illustation section part of this site. Since my illustration is completely separate from my motion work(for now) it was only logical to make a website just for that.
notarobot.tv Emmanuel Palad: a friend from college and coworker, an amazing motion graphics designer that always inspires me.
goodgraphicdesigner.com Jose Antonio Contreras: a friend and coworker, Jose is an incredible graphic designer. He has designed my current business card that I based my website on, and you should hire him to design yours.
alabin69.googlepages.com Alex Alabin: my brother, a great composer and musician who composed music for some of my work such as SWEET TRUTH, IRRATIONALE, WALDEMAR, NCAA LACROSSE and FOOTBALL NATION, that you can look at in the MOTION section.
littlerabbitproductions.com Emily Sheskin: a friend and coworker. An excellent editor, film director and motion graphics designer.
ptika.etsy.com Kseniya Vlasova: A great friend and a fantastic designer/ fine artist. Ksenia always inspires me to do my own personal work. She certainly has, by designing unique T-shirts. Check out her work and buy some of those awesome Ts.
motionographer.com A site showcasing the best motion work out there, and a constant source of inspiration.
